These values indicate the CPU level that your server stays at or below for a given percentage of time:
- 50%: CPU is at or below this value for 50% of the time (typical level)
- 95%: CPU is at or below this value for 95% of the time (only 5% higher)
- 99%: CPU is at or below this value for 99% of the time (more extreme peaks)
